No standard Cycling Power Sensor output via Bluetooth

Hello,

I have the issue that only FTMS output (working with ZWIFT) is working from USB2BLE but I could not find any standard bluetooth sensor via iPhone or AppleWatch like a power-, speed- and cadence-sensor. I expected GATT is doing this but I could not find it via bluetooth search. Is there any parameter I have to set to turn on this feature?

here i read that before a P command like PW100 (as i see in log) there has to be a CM written to switch the to "command mode" but i could not see CM before PW in the log so perhaps this is the issue the WATT are not changed on the bike when changing in Zwift of on Webpage.
