Zwift connection

I tried to connect with a Raspi 3B to Android App, works fine exept HR. I also tried to connect to the Windows app on 2 different Notebooks.

Did a little debug, seems that "[FitnessControlPoint] onSubscribe" never executed when connecting with the windows app. Is there a way to get it running with the Windows App?
