i somehow downloaded full genshin impact on my university pc, now i cant open the main exe without tne admin user pass, tried bat file bypass from youtube, but it doesn't open at all. what can i do now

genshin itself requires admin, it won't run without admin perm, bc it needs to load a kernel driver
