Full CPU load crash

Not sure if it's this mod or the Uncensor patch but in 4.0 Genshin CPU usage goes to 100% then the game freezes, sometimes it takes a while to reach 100% but there's always a crash when it does but the game still runs with the screen frozen. (restarting the game starts properly).

I'm using Timer resolution .5 with a GPU overclock (GPU overclock doesn't have anything to do with a CPU load crash).

Enabling high resources in task manager on Unlockfps_clr doesn't prevetn the crash.
