Description

AsDetail attributes always show the header. Even when the "IncludeHeader=True" typehint is not set.

Steps to Reproduce

1. remove the "IncludeHeader=True" typehint on an AsDetail attribute

Expected Results

Only show the label of the attribute, not the column header(s)

Actual Results

the column headers always show
