Feat: Allow Admin UI to review Read-Only data

Current behavior

When some data in an App comes from another source (like the preset configuration) the Admin UI prevents access to it. But in many cases the admin would like to see how things are done or what fields exist on a system content-type, so it would be useful to be able to see that anyhow.

• [x] Read-Only data is marked in APIs as ReadOnly
• [x] The Admin-UI allows looking deeper into the data
• [x] Saving or changing it is disabled in the Admin UI
• [x] Backend catches unexpected save attempts
