Feature Request: Exporting apps could be more granular to simply reusing apps on other portals

Current behavior

When I go to export an app, I can export with or without content intact. However, this still exports all of the images that the content editors have uploaded into these content types. This could make an export 250MB in file size easily.

Expected behavior

What I think would be super useful is if there were more granular options for exporting apps. For example, if I could export an app that didn't include any of the uploaded images. Or, an export option where it exported only the demo item for the app.

This could be really useful in situations where I want to move an app to a new site but have it completely fresh and without any data or content. As apps are used on a site, they grow in size and content. I want to be able to export and import apps with all the maturity of their settings but without any of the data or images so that my export and import goes faster and smoother.

Instructions to Reproduce the Problem

Pretend that you have an app like a Gallery app that you want to move from one website to another. Imagine that Gallery app has been used for years and has tons of images. Export that app. Notice that it has a huge file size. Now imagine that you want to use the same Gallery app on a new, blank website. You import the app but it has imported all of the content and images from the portal you exported it from.

Why change the behavior?

I want to be able to export and import quickly without moving tons of images to the new site that doesn't need them.
