Fix apostrophes and quotation marks

Fix apostrophes ' and quotation mark '' glyphs which appear in the wrong direction with default setup of pdflatex compiler.

Note I found the upquote package suggested at https://stackoverflow.com/q/1662037/. There are a few other options suggested there, but I thought this was the least disruptive for fixing just the one single quote in text \terms{7}{$d'$}
