From email: "when i click on gas mask menubar icon and select 'preferences', the preferences window opens, but gas mask wont focus and stays in background behind other windows /apps. Also if there is no dock icon, it would not open either. Then i can only click on 'show editor window' to envoke gas mask, which is a bit confusing."

Same here. Must be since update 10.10.4
