Combined host files are not editable anymore ?

Just updated to 0.8.6 On Macos 10.13.5

The plus/minus buttons don't work anymore so i cannot add/remove host files to a combined file

Also there is a space at the top of the combined hosts file editor for some reason. This may be related.

I took a screenshot. But cut out some of the names of the hosts files.

I can confirm this issue. The latest release here on github (0.8.5) works fine though. I suppose this is the one we should be using.

Version 0.8.6 Macos 10.14

Got the same bug. With a new combined file, I can't add anything. With an existing combined file, I can't click the - and + buttons of the last entry

Workaround for 0.8.6 on Mojave:

Right click on an existing combined file with entries Show in Finder quit Gas Mask duplicate in Finder start Gas Mask

Now you can add and remove entries except the last one but you can use drag and drop to rearrange if you need to remove the last entry
