Getting this error when running brew install librsvg:

Error: Failed to download resource "libtiff--patch"
Download failed: https://mirrorservice.org/sites/ftp.debian.org/debian/pool/main/t/tiff/tiff_4.0.6-1.debian.tar.xz

Mac: 10.12.2 Node: 7.4.0 NPM: 4.0.5 Homebrew: 0.9.9
