Android 14 - Hyper Os - Status bar toggle not working if application is close

Hi I have a problem with the status bar toggle icon. Sometimes when the application is not running in the background, the toggle icon does not work, and I should open the v2rayNg app and start it from the application, after doing this toggle works fine for a while.

Device: Xiaomi 14 OS: Android 14 OS version: Hyper OS 1.0.42.0.UNCCNXM V2rayNG version: 1.8.35
