Force reset network connections

I'm curious to know what happens when we disconnect to a v2ray config.

The problem is in some apps the code behind app is so dumb that can't detect network Change and user need to close and re open for telling app resend requests and not wait for previous ones.

In Clash for windows (RIP) we had a setting that let us choose what happens after a proxy change or proxy disconnections happens. And you could selected force disconnect and this action completely reject any requests that ongoing, so the dumb apps forced to adapt on network change.

But in v2rayNG i don't know what happens when the proxy changes or disconnect by user, because some apps dont realize that thing. Is it possible to make v2rayNG force reject any ongoing requests so that we don't need to close and reopen some apps
