Add a tab bar(one tab for each subscription)

Please consider adding a tab bar at the top of the configurations file(Home page). Adding a tab for each subscription at the top of the configurations page makes it easier for users to navigate and access different configurations across multiple subscriptions. Locating configurations for a particular subscription after making subscription updates can be time-consuming.
