No update and download from Google Play Service

Hello, it has been a few days that the software is not able to receive updates and install software from Google Play and it remains in pending mode, but it opens other censored sites easily.. When I test with similar software like Nepsternet V with the same configuration, it downloads and updates easily from Google Play!!
