[Bug]: sing-box1.11.0开始配置变更wireguard配置文件，wireguard无法使用

预期情况

本来想用wgcf生成的配置文件做成wireguard落地的，结果不行

实际情况

无法正常使用wireguard配置落地

复现方法

windows11虚拟机下载最新的v2rayN和sing-box的release文件，同样不行。v2rayNG也无法使用wireguard配置了
