[Bug]: 多服务器均衡无法使用，所有proxy的路由变成direct出去了

预期情况

所有路由应走对应规则

实际情况

选择了多服务器均衡的资料，所有原本应该走proxy的规则都直接走direct出去了，然后还显示连接的线路延迟为-1ms 同样的路由profile单选一条线路资料使用是正常的

复现方法

使用服务器负载均衡，必定出现

你选择两个节点使用此功能后，在guiConfigs会产生配置文件 configMultipleLoad.json， 自己看下路由规则是否有问题，注意 balancerTag是否有 也可以发出来配置

感谢大佬回复，查了有这个，具体我把文件发上来： configMultipleLoad.json

刚好我手上有两台电脑，一台可以负载均衡一台不行，我把两台机器的线路资料都做成一样的，版本和内核也升级成一样，然后把两台机器的负载均衡配置文件相互拷贝测试，不行的那台拷贝了行的配置就可以运行了，反过来不行的配置放到可以的机器上也是不成功的
