singbox_tun bug(TUN mode)

Dear @2dust.

it seems the singbox_tun (sing-tun tunnel) didn't show up in Control Panel\Network Connections and can't tunnel the whole Windows system. I tested it in v2rayN Pre-release version 6.24 or 6.27 and it won't work. but its works on 6.23 the Latest version of v2rayN. It would be great if there is a way that ICMP traffic can be bypassed for IPs with direct rules. #bug
