预期情况

直连网址添加后无法生效，走的还是代理

实际情况

和这个issues情况一样：https://github.com/2dust/v2rayN/issues/2661 最新版本的5.38还是一样的情况

复现方法

测试了 GitHub.com 也添加到 路由规则， 设置-路由设置-双击绕过大陆-规则功能-添加规则- outboundTag 选着direct， Domain 里面填上 GitHub.com，点击确定。还是一样 .都是显示代理 2022/09/30 12:28:59 127.0.0.1:9244 accepted //alive.github.com:443 [http -> proxy]
