A spoiler log is valid input for importing plando settings

When configuring your plandomizer settings, in addition to importing a plandomizer file, it should be possible to input a spoiler log. Any knowledge the spoiler log contains will be translated into plandomizer settings. Any knowledge that is manually removed from the spoiler log will be ignored and not cause errors (where possible).
