Problems with 64x32 matrix driven by TC5020 chip

I have 64x32 LED matrix driven by TC5020 chip. This is not really working at the moment for me. Huge latency, I am opening this ticket for a record so anyone else having TC5020 based matrix can find additional info. Anyway, no library I tried so far works with this matrix for me now (meaning produces expected output). PxMatrix does something (so leds are lit) but the major noticeable issues are: flickering, slow refresh, odd drawings, text is unreadable (which looks like addressing issue)?

Having TC5020 driven matrix? Please post your comment if you have it working acceptably.

Hi sir, me also facing a problem to run this panel with same chipset of yours..any solution sir? My panel only show red led, but not green and blue
