HUB18 capability

Hi, I've got some cheap P6 32*16 panels which have HUB18 instead of HUB75 on it. It have only one RGB date pin group and A B C row select pins like this:

LAT	GND
R	NC
G	B
OE	GND
A	GND
B	GND
C	NC
15	16

chipset: 1x 74HC138, 1x 74hc04, 2x 74HC245, 8x 4953 and 12x 5020.

Just wonder if it is possible to modified this weird panel to a R2-R1 G1-R2 style chains in order to use this project. I've order some HUB75-HUB18 shift board, hope it can inspired me.
