Its easy, use non AITemplate VAE node first, generate like 3 pics, then swap this node to AITemplate and enjoy the slowness
This repo AIT also breaks other workflows in comfyui even if the node is not added to the workflow, somethin is ver very wrong here
yes lora extraction is totally borked, great job not testing comits , im on 3090, 24 is plenty as i extracted loras before even on 11gb 1080ti use older version...
I wish there was a way to extract the weights which are a bit overtrained when set to 1, currently its too weak for retaining identity of the subjects Ill...
yeh that fcking thing should have its own tickbox so we can disable adamw completely
its probably 8bit adam, it was possible to disbale it but some smartass jokester removed it
they use cfg 3 ,minus NAte, hes on 7 which is nono for instantID, ideally 2.5 for me
This bug also happens when i use original controlnet extension (not builtin - i removed this one) and when i use ipadapter plus to copy style then it throws out...
yeh use v1 , which should be default , sadly isnt
