Add support to customize font-weight on WhToggleButton

Hi, I added on my fork a minor changes to permit customize of the font-weight on toggle button directly from WhToggleButton class. In the next future could be a valid idea change this patch to permit a custom array of key-values for set every css property of the span tag.
