Can not use composer with 2amigos/yii2-google-maps-library

I use this way to get yii2-google-maps-library: php composer.phar require "2amigos/yii2-google-maps-library" "*"

But when I run it, I got the errors below http://prntscr.com/83n3ja

Can you show another way to get it?
