Not all buttons are showing in full preset mode

Not all buttons are showing in full preset mode. Tried to update, current version is 2.2, but alighn and other buttons are not appering. #133

@ktropp use : dev-master and use minimum-stability:dev on composer.json that way you will be able to install it... (after testing, rollback to whatever it was)

Then try this. First execute : 'composer remove 2amigos/yii2-ckeditor-widget' to remove completely (if you have ckeditor/ckeditor in requiere array remove it too) Secondly execute : 'composer require 2amigos/yii2-ckeditor-widget 2.1.1' to add v2.1.1
