Accent color support

I think it would be a good idea. I implemented it in a very quick and dirty way, so hopefully you have a better aproach to it.

@buufmax Actions? I do not think they have to be changed since it would probably hurt readability. Although I changed some icons to follow the accent color such as the System Settings' icon and the default Dolphin icon, so it is mostly integrated. I think this repo is abandoned since there has not been any updates since August, but my repo has these changes applied.

@Lucosec i think symbolic icons support tint colors from background color scheme.

Your photos above shows the colors of symbolic icons to a static black or white while they can also have a tint from color schemes.

I am playing with a Newaita tray symbolic, watch the tint colors of symbolics.

I downloaded from your repo and you did awesome job adding folders accent colors support.

I'm working on it. Is this how it is supposed to look like? It misses some icons so I guess I'll have to do them and then add color tint support.

In the ^photo it looks accurate, it seems to have a color tint, but...

I use Monochrome colors with "accent color from wallpaper".

@buufmax I forgot to push the tint for the dark icons, also I removed the hardcoded blue gradient in the folders. please, pull the latest changes.
