Hi, as this theme is aimed at refreshing the Breeze theme, have you considered making an upstreaming request? Or did you maybe reach out to Breeze devs? Cheers!

They are already developing a new icon theme, so this project will exist as a third-party theme.

@tockudex, the effort appears somewhat fragmented now, but public information does exist, like the citations in reddit.com/r/kde/comments/1fwcpc7/comment/nhcnzii, and its immediate context.
