Bees dont leave hive in 1.16.5 after adding hopper optimizations and hopper lithium

I installed these mods into my server and noticed the bees no longer left hives after installation, removing mods and restarting solved this issue. Here are the other mods I am using perhaps its a compatibility issue: lithium Minitweaks servux carpet-extra litematica malilib tweakeroo phosphor fabric fabric api Thanks for this mod I hope you or I can figure out this issue.
