Auto clean intermediate files

Currently, using Koncat with obfuscation tool (eg. proguard) can help remove unused intermediate files. If not, we may provide another solution internally to remove them.

Resource files can be auto-cleaned already. For source code files, I will add an instruction to README for users to enable obfuscation on Android, as well as other approaches per platform.
