Add setting to hide "first time logging a trackable?" button on TB pages

This new setting would enable users to hide the "first time logging a trackable?" button when viewing Trackables.

Hi,

nice that you want to contribute something to the development of the GClh.

The button is pretty inconspicuous. I don't understand why we should hide him. The button can't really bother you.

We are trying to make improvements to the websites that will benefit many cachers. This does not appear to be the case when the button is hidden. I don't think, that we will adopt this development, sorry.

It is always better to discuss a desire first before developing it. You can do that quite well in the Discussions area.

This should make viewing a TB's page a bit more compact, and easier to view for those with smaller screens. It's really not a big deal, but I thought should be useful for some as an optional setting. (It's not checked - false by default)

I already had this in my userscript so I thought it should be relatively easy to create a PR. Next time I'll definitely start a discussion!

Let me know if I should close this PR.
