[Pocket query] Fast, asynchronous pocket query downloader.

• [x] Download several PQs at the same time. Note the maximum number supported by the script managers.
• [ ] Button on PQ page to start the download.
• [x] On this occasion, show the two buttons "delete" and "refresh" as real buttons.

Some possible solutions:

• [ ] Suggested value for directory in config. (Maybe with dialog.)
• [ ] Suggested value for filename in config with placeholders like ongoing number, PQ Id, date, time.
• [ ] Maybe alternative a dialog with some of the placeholders.
• [ ] Maybe only a dialog with some of the placeholders with saving the values for the next time.
