Script no longer works after NA 11/16 Fullscreen Update

As it says in the title; If the app runs in Fullscreen for your model phone, the script can no longer work accurately.

Seems like this was brought up before for JP, and stated there'd be no effort to work through it. Is it the end of FGO Lua?
