when "use system cursor" is on, controller cursor cannot be seen

When "use system cursor" is turned on, controller "cursor" isn't displayed, despite it being now disjoint from actual mouse cursor and needs a display.

Suggestion: make the cursor automatically appear when player attempt to move the cursor with joystick, and automatically hide it when mouse is moved, when "use system cursor" option is turned on.

Bonus suggestion: when the controller is being used, show button prompts (eg "[START] select, [BACK] go back" for Xbox controllers) on the screen.
