C4W Training's combo counter is 1 combo off

C4W Training's combo counter is 1 combo off from the actual combo, because the counter starts from 0 instead of -1.

Notice that on the screenshot the counter on the left is 14 despite the clear being a 13-combo.

To reproduce:

1. Play C4W Training NORMAL.
2. Clear combos.
3. Notice that the counter on the left is 1 combo higher than the correct action text.
