Support for polls

Hello

can you add support for TG polls so that IRC users can at least know they've been posted in group? Right now they are completely ignored/missing in IRC.

That's possible, but the Telegram library I use only supports polls in a yet unreleased RC version. And I'll have to migrate the whole project to that new version. So it's gonna take quite some time.
