Support for splitting gcode on Z-axis

Would be cool to split a gcode into two (or multiple) pieces on the Z-axis.

If you have a model too tall for your printer (e.g. 40cm), it would be nice to be able split the gcode into multiple pieces (e.g. two pieces of 20cm each). Obviously that would only work for a limited set of objects that can be printed that way, but I was recently in that very situation with a fairly simple rectangular object.
