aws-crt s3 getObject throws S3Exception(Status Code: 404) instead of NoSuchKeyException

Confirming that this is still an issue for the following versions: - `software.amazon.awssdk/aws-crt-client 2.28.4` - `software.amazon.awssdk.crt/aws-crt 0.31.1` Workaround is to use `S3Exception::statusCode()` and check for 404.
