Add Composer Support and Publish to Packagist

Hello, and thank you for providing this valuable software. Signature PDF has significant potential not only as a standalone installation on the OS, but also as a component that can be integrated into other applications. For example, Tiki Wiki CMS is exploring integration with Signature PDF; however, the main limitation at the moment is that the project is not distributed through any dependency management system.

Would you consider configuring Composer for this project and publishing it on Packagist? If this is of interest, I would be glad to assist by preparing a pull request.
