- Fixed the role Command inside role.py   => Author is now required to have the manager_roles permission   => if the author does not has the error, @role_add.error comes into play...

[BUG] Broken Beyond Repair

This Bot Is so broken its not even funny, PY-3.10 is not even remotely working and when switching to 3.7.x there are so many errors. Hey at-least the bot starts?
