`Invalid Name` cannot be removed from ignore list

If you add an invalid name to the ignore list, you are unable to remove it.

Example: I added Fire strike cast to my ignore list, which gets translated to Invalid Name. This name cannot be removed from the ignore list either by clicking it, nor by using Del Name

Is it still there upon relog/reloading the page? We may need to add a response to instant-delete. Although I think the client should be sanitizing and stripping out bad input, iirc the Java client would turn Wtf :) into Wtf... so two issues here :)

Isn't removed with logout alone. I had to log out, refresh, then log back in.
