System app link can't work

I have replaced the app-IDs to some system app IDs such as NPXS10007 in app/QLINSTALL/resouces/installer/whatsnew.xml, then run this app to inject QuickLaunch, but touch the link tell error C2-12570-5? Of couse runing NPXS10007 in LiveArea have no problem.
