Quick option to replace PKGi with PKGj

I know you can replace the shortcuts manually but since PKGj is popular today, I think an option would come in handy.

You can use VitaShell to open app/QLINSTALL/resources/installer/whatsnew.xml and change PKGI00000 to PKGJ00001 in line0018, then run this app to inject default QuickLaunch.
