[Feature request] Mutate some precompilation variables into dynamic parameters (for BT)

I would like to know if you are interested in a PR, regarding transforming some BT precompilation variables into dynamically modifiable parameter ?

For exemple, flags useBeaconUuidForTopic, useBeaconUuidForPresence and subjectHomePresence, you name it.
