This library is currently behind OpenAI's counterpart - is there a plan for maintaining parity?

While this library is at version 3.2.0, OpenAI's own has already evolved to 3.3.0. Is there a commitment by Microsoft Azure to maintain parity with OpenAI's node offering within any specific timeframe? I am considering migrating my nodejs (OpenAI) code to Azure's OpenAI, so would like to understand this better.
