How to hard uninstall the application ?

I've Razer blackwidow elite. Ventura 13.0.

the app identify the name of the keyboard but only the "wheel" is working on slow medium and high and also NONE:

Also, there is something wired, after I close the application and open, click on "Ripple" it shows me:

However, its allowed:

There is a way to hard uninstall ?> its looks like the settings are saved from previous installation.
