Ripple effect on Blackwidow v3 not working

Razer Blackwidow v3 macOS Monterey 12.5, M1

Repeatedly asks for accessibility permissions, despite it being granted when trying to use ripple effect. Using it with custom dual color leaves it static on the secondary color.
