Does the Razer Basilisk x Hyperspeed work with your software?

Hi, i have a razer basilisk x hyperspeed bluetooth wireless edition and i wanted to know if it worked. I downloaded the software and it didn't work for some reason. Could you tell me why and would it be possible to fix? (I am on Intel macos)
