Kraken Ultimate not showing colors i choose while my cynosa v2 is working fine

The problem i encountered is that when i choose a color for my headphones it doesnt change anything. Is still in the color cycles. and i dont know why this happens because my keyboard cynosa v2 is working fine when i choose colors

I am having the same issue, both my razer Blackwidow and my razer Naga Trinity are working fine, but the Kraken ultimate does not get out of spectrum.

Same here. Kraken Ultimate is detected but new color scheme is not applied
