Fix Basilisk V3 and Huntsman V2 Analog

I copied openrazer when they added support, but they had the wrong number of rows. They later corrected it too.

For the Basilisk V3 this fixes:

  • Error in razermouse_driver.c
  • Missing additions to .gitignore from #463
  • Missing matrix brightness support
  • Unnecessary featuresMissing entry

Hey folks, just a heads up that the V3 (in my case, the V3 Pro) doesn't show up at all in the device list!
